OUR TOUR GUIDE: RABBI JEREMY POUPKO
Rabbi Jeremy Poupko is a graduate of Yeshiva University where he studied Economics, Jewish History, and Semicha. Jeremy has been a licensed Israeli tour guide since 2010 and has guided thousands of happy clients. He is also a licensed birthright tour educator.
Jeremy lives in Jerusalem with his wife and eight children. He is a part-time Rabbi in his community and divides his time between studying, teaching Torah and guiding families and tour groups around the land of Israel.

DAY 1 (OPTION 2) - SUNDAY, APRIL 9TH
FURY ROAD: BLOOD AND TEARS ON THE ROAD TO JERUSALEM AND ISRAEL’S BIBLE BELT

First, we will learn about the infamous Highway 1 which played a crucial role in Israel’s modern history. We will then travel to the Judean Lowlands in the Beit Shemesh area to walk in the Footsteps of David and Samson and visit where the Ark of the Covenant was returned to the Israelites by the Philistines.
