PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Upon reservation, there will be a 30% deposit required. The remaining balance of your stay will need to be transferred based on the following payment schedule:
Pricing does not include tips for waiters or credit card fees.
20% additional by December 15th, 2022
20% additional by January 15th, 2023
20% additional by February 15th, 2023
10% additional by March 15th, 2023
2) Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel any rooms after December 15th, we will do our best to fill those rooms, in which case there will be a fee of $300 per room.
- If we are unable to fill those rooms, you will be responsible for the full payment.
